How Send Fest Works
Starting at 4pm on April 11th and going to 4pm on April 12th, you & your climbing buddies will climb as many routes as you can.
To keep track of your sends, you will take pictures of you & your duck at the chains & tag us @pandorefitters on Instagram
An afterparty will be held at 4:30 PM on April 12th, with pizza & raffle drawings
*you have to be present to claim your prizes*
*if you don't have Instagram, you will show us your pictures at the after party*
Raffle tickets will be entered at the after party, where you'll have a chance to win from a long list of prizes.
Registration
Registration is $10 per person. This covers —
- Donation to the Salt Lake Climbers Alliance
- Free pizza at the after party
- Participate in the raffle
- 15% off any new climbing gear at Pando Refitters during Send Fest

9-11am, Rock Canyon Trailhead
Want a few extra raffle tickets? Participate in a community service project at Rock Canyon Trailhead for 5 extra raffle tickets!
Intro to Drytooling Class
9am-1pm, Provo Canyon
Want 5 extra raffle tickets? Take our Intro to Drytooling Class for $45 which includes 4 hours of outdoor instruction & gear rentals. All proceeds go to SLCA!
Gym to Crag Class
9am-2pm, Maple Canyon
Want 5 extra raffle tickets? Take our class on gym to crag basics for $45 which includes 6 hours of outdoor instruction. All proceeds go to SLCA! Topics include; understanding 4th & 5th class terrain, assessing fixed anchors, building top rope anchors, how to clean a route, etc...

4pm is the cutoff! Head back to Padno Refitters & we'll start tallying points and converting to raffle tickets. All proof of participation must be in by 4pm.

Come grab your free pizza and stick around for the raffle, plus discounts on new climbing gear at Pando.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I do this solo?
Points are earned at the individual level, but all climbing must be done with a belay partner.
I'm a beginner — can I participate?
Absolutely! Routes will vary in difficulty. You're encouraged to find ones that match your skill level. Whether you're climbing, or just along for the ride, you're welcome to join!
Do I need to bring my trad equipment?
A few routes will require trad equipment. Most do not.
Can I win more than one prize?
Yep. Every route you climb gets you a raffle ticket. You can win more than one prize!
How do I prove I've climbed the routes?
We'll be doing verification through Instagram stories — take a selfie at the top, tag us, and we'll add points to your tally.
Don't have Instagram? Show us your pictures at the afterparty and we will tally it up for you.
Either way a phone is required (sorry, we can't paper and pencil this one)
